Job Description
Maintains and beautifies outdoor areas through plant care, lawn maintenance, landscaping, equipment operation, and basic pest control.
Qualifications
- Male or Female
- High School / Senior High School Graduate or ALS Senior High School Completer
- Proven experience in gardening, lawn care, landscaping, or agricultural maintenance is a strong advantage.
- Excellent physical condition and stamina; ability to work outdoors in hot, rainy, or dusty weather, and lift heavy bags of soil or fertilizer.
- Hardworking, patient, reliable, and has a keen eye for keeping outdoor areas clean, green, and beautiful.
Skills & Knowledge
- Plant Care: Solid knowledge of plant, lawn, and tree care, including watering, pruning, weeding, and proper fertilizer application.
- Equipment Operation: Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and machinery (e.g., grass cutters/lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, shears, and basic hand tools).
- Pest Control: Basic understanding of identifying plant pests and the safe application of pesticides or organic solutions.
